1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sarees that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order details and clear images/videos of the issue
- Once approved, we will guide you with return instructions
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products
- Replacement will be shipped after verifying the returned item
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
